@getty has my eye on an A5 Wagyu New York Strip Friday evening. not sure if it was the high fat or the $150 price that steered me to the 6oz filet!

Chicken or fish. yes beef is ok to eat on this plan but it can take up to 3 days for beef to completely digest and pass thru the body. My worst weeks were beef weeks.
