Take the chocolate chips out of the pancake mix before you cook the pancakes. melt them in the microwave and use them as melted chocolate sauce for on top of the pancakes!

I don't use syrup but mix the pancake mix with 1/8 of a premade vanilla or chocolate drink. It comes out moist and flavorful
