Sorry if I'm asking too many questions How many are doing intermittent fasting in addition to IP? I'm finding it a little easier if I just keep my food intake 9-5.

@tate8 sorry just saw this. 1st off I am in maintenance now. So if admins find this inappropriate please delete. I lost 33 pounds on IP in 2014. But I still follow the sheet as far as clean eating. On the IF I eat from noon to 8 pm. At 12:00 pm I have a mason jar salad I prepare on Sunday 6 of them. Trust me the 7th one is very gassy from the cauliflower lol. I use cauliflower, zucchini and cucumber at the bottom and cram it full of salad on top. I prefer to put my WF dressing as I use it. Dinner I follow strict 6oz protein and 2 cups veggies. I use Janeva’s cookbook like a bible it’s my lifeline. Then if I’m still hungry between dinner time I will have a protein bar by 8 pm I’m crashed. Drinking a ton of water throughout the day. I walk 3 miles a day 5 days a week. My goal is 10, 000 steps. My Fitbit controls me. Lol. Oh and on my noon salad as my protein I either do 2 boiled eggs or tuna or chicken. Please understand I have had a weight problem all my life. I’m 66 and 5’6 and I live alone and this works for me. When I graduated from high school I was 180 pounds size 18 now I’m a size 4. This diet works. It melts fat. I’m still in awe after 6 years ❤️

I got the idea on u tube. Saves a ton of time. Once you invest in mason jars. It’s easy peasy ❤️

You can have breakfast food at noon. Just have meals between noon till 8 p

Meaning I eat between 10am and 8 pm but going to try 11 am to 7 pm. I wasn’t feeling good from eating so late but now I eat breakfast at 10. lunch at 1 snack at 4 and dinner about 7 it seems good so far.

Hmm not me. 3 meals and a snack in 8 hours - don’t you find that a lot to eat in a short amount of time. Just curious

Meeeeeee! I eat 10a-4p . I have so much more energy and I’m not hangry anymore
