Has anyone ever used cooked/frozen spinach in a shake? I usually use raw spinach but I was thinking about cooking a bunch and then freezing it in individual servings to use in my shakes. Thanks!

I weigh out 60g of fresh baby spinach and freeze it in little bags. it freezes perfect. then when ready for a shake I give the bag a couple squeezes and it goes into my shake and blends perfectly

@camphor1444 freezing it raw and consuming it raw works perfectly. still can count towards your daily intake

It can be unlimited or limited . I have 60g of raw spinach daily and I count it as 2 of my 4 cups of daily veggies

I follow the above (2 cups) fresh, don't cook it.

Dont need to cook. Simply freeze. Freezing breaks the cell wall same as kale and makes it better digestible

I blend spinach in my food processor and add some water then put it in ice cube trays and freeze until needed!
