I’m going to be traveling for work this week. 4 days of living in a hotel rooms and my car. The IP food travels well, but any tips for getting the veggies/ protein? I’m fine eating raw veggies… Not necessarily looking to cook a whole meal in a hotel room microwave. I guess my concern is if I buy already cooked chicken breast… How should I weigh it?

You could bring some pre-made IP drinks for protein. I buy the bags of pre-washed celery sticks and use them often when I can't get cooked veggies. Also if you eat at a restaurant, ask for a double portion of steamed veggies, no butter. Usually they will let you double the veggies instead of having veggies and starch.

Chocolatey caramel mug cake is easy to make in the microwave, you just have to add water. Plus if you want to make some muffins from packets before you go, you can portion those out and keep them in your hotel room fridge.

I did this 2 weeks ago, I bought crunchy salads and added shrimp from the seafood counter, you can ask for specific weights etc, then I had my Walden Farms dressing packets. I would weight rotisserie chicken at home to get a visual for what looks like the right amount or fit it into a measuring cup chopped etc. I also bought boiled eggs too.

Stocked the hotel fridge with veggies and spinach when I got there. I brought my scale to measure veggies and bullet with to make my shakes. Ate out for dinner. Just found restaurants that had protocol food. I flew on a plane so I couldn’t bring food. Just found a grocery store near to buy food. If you are able to bring cooked. I would just pack my scale. Or measure it out and pack it individually.
