I did for a few months. It slowed my weight loss way down.

Feeding your body tells your body to burn fat. Not feeding your body tells it to store. I have learned soooooo much on this program!

@thinnish I get up at 5:30 but eat breakfast at 8am. I eat lunch at noon, a snack around 4pm, dinner around 7ish.

1-2 lb loss/week?

@thinnish 16 months total. I took one month off last summer and went to France for 3. 5 weeks. I gained 17#, lost 11# within 1 week, and I’ve been on since. I am trying to decide now if I’m at goal. I have a LOT of loose skin. I am in Phase 2 right now. Still losing but slowly. I am going to see my doctor to figure out if I should try to lose more, try to stabilize and tone, or plan for surgery. Surgery will drop me at least 2 more sizes.

@thinnish I started coaching. I love this program and am very inspired to share what I have learned. I have been on soooooo many programs starting at 13 in Weight Watchers. I’m 52 now and finally get it.
