Which protein packs are restricted? I find conflicting answers

I think all the restricted packets should have an R on them.

Restricted Items: Peanut Butter Bars Chocolate Mint Bars Chocolatey Coconut Bars Cranberry Pomegranate Bars Vanilla Peanut Bars Caramel Nut Bars Cookie Dough Swirl Bars Double Chocolate Brownies Southwest Cheese Curls Vegetable Chili Dill Zippers I might be missing a couple. but they should all have an “R” on the box and packet.

@igor747 thanks. I have all my packets out of the boxes for space. Couldn't remember if the chili was or not.

@igor747 chilli is not restricted. It used to be Apple cinnamon balls are restricted too

Some of those are only allowed 2 x a week. I know for sure the chocolate coconut one is that way

@clime4 the vegetable chili is still restricted. It has the R on it. Was told because of the beans.

I just had the chili today and it still said restricted on my packet.? I’d say if there is an R on the packet then it’s restricted. There ARE some items that aren’t “technically” restricted, but i was told it would be best to not have with another restricted item (i. e. caramel chocolate mug cake)

WOW! I've been doing IP since September 3rd and had never noticed the 'R' on the boxes or packets - not sure my coach knows that either because she always puts a big 'R' on the boxes. Thanks so much for teaching me that!

I do feel kind of cheated but this FB support group helps a lot! Two weeks ago I purchased an IP scale from the clinic and I'm weighing from home and I talked my coach into delivering my IP food every two weeks - I really like this setup! Thanks to all of you wonderful supporters!

@cassaundra1 I think the “R” is kind of small. so a big R written on the box is perfect

Yes it’s a R on package chilli is one and southwest cheese are too
