Does anyone do the Phase 1 alternative plan with the adding 3 extra groups per day? (fruit/starchy carbs/dairy) And still lose weight? My coach put me on that plan and today is Day 1 back on IP exclusively. I have been doing isagenix/IP products with a looser program the past month or so. I have had some weight loss but really wanted to get more regimented.
