First day into phase 1. Excited to see where this weight loss journey takes me. I’ve never been over weight. I ran for 9 years. Just started back at it. Advice for not wanting to give up exercise altogether? It’s my Prozac.

First week, don't do anything. After that yoga, walking or light exercise. Should always be able to have a conversation. Drink a bcaa drink with your workout.
