Is lamb permitted on Phase I? It’s not on the sheet but I saw a post that it falls into wild game. I’m roasting a lamb shank for the Passover Seder plate tonight and it smells marvelous.

I just got approval from my coach so long as the lamb is a lean cut.

It is not on the sheet because it is not a lean meat.
