I went on 2 holidays , 2 weeks each while on phase one. I did a mini phase off before each one. Ended up gaining a bit but ate and drank whatever I wanted, I lost it all really fast and it’s like it boosted my loosing both times. I say enjoy your holiday, and as soon as you’re home get back on, don’t wait a day or anything literally the minute you get into your house otherwise you’ll have a hard time getting back on.
