Has anyone used the app to track progress and had the calculations of your total weight loss be incorrect? My summary says 25. 7 lbs lost when it is actually 29. 9 lbs! Why is this?

This happened to me. In the IP app, I texted support for help and they fixed it on their end.

@jabon -seems weird that if it’s a common issue (it sounds like I’m not the only on experiencing this! ) they would fix the app! ?

Mine is the same. For some reason it doesn’t calculate the first week loss

@nikethamide Probably because the first week has water weight lost too. But that's no Fun! LOL

@belamy either way it’s a loss. I am told it’s a glitch in the app.

I found that if I manually put in the same week 1 weight but just on the second day, is somehow then tracked properly.

Does anyone else have difficulty syncing their app with their scale? I'm pretty tech savvy, but I can't figure it out.
