I do 3. 5 miles almost every day and its definitely helped.

I have started walking daily for the past couple of weeks. At my breaks and lunch at work and with my family after work. As long as it's not pouring rain not sure if it's helping with weight loss yet but I feel great. ♡love walking♡

Try not to get your heart rate up like cardio. Resistance training, yoga or weights are better right now for weight loss

I started walking, and I noticed that even though it helps my mood tremendously, I was hungrier than usual and the weight loss slowed.
