Day 2 almost complete.  Never felt so cloudy and yucky.Day 2 almost complete. Never felt so cloudy and yucky. Headache. Super foggy. but not starving. Followed to a T. Cancelled church tonight because I’m not comfortable driving my kids when I feel like I’m floating! Tell me this is normal?

It's normal. Day 4-6 you'll start to feel "yourself" again

Drink the electrolytes and amino acids. I don’t understand why coaches don’t help or warn of these symptoms. They will pass but these helped tremendously

@tango Those are water enhancers - yes they have electrolytes. Helps with headaches. I'll tag you in a post for additional info. Salt is not optional. :)

@tango yes and they should also have chained amino acid drink packets. They are much larger. They will also help.

@bouncing I understand she may need sodium however, when I did Atkins, I was feeling same as she’s describing. When I first told my coach 3 yrs ago when I started, she suggested doing alternative plan x 2 weeks to ease into program. Diabetics use successfully in phase 1 & kept me from Keto flu and haze she’s describing. In my restart last week, I used same approach & no keto flu feelings. No dragging about for 2 weeks. As an RN, I see great value in not making folks feel badly for 2 weeks when another plan can be adapted.
