Get it checked at your local pharmacy or doctor. Mine was always perfect and it dropped a lot had to get it back up with more salt. Dizziness stopped.

@ozellaozen32 it’s not. I went through it I’m past it. I wouldn’t change a thing after how much I lost so far. I’m almost as my goal. This works 100%. Perks for me my migraines are a lot less my cholesterol is back to normal my breathing is better my back issues aren’t even as bad and everyone has bonuses on this. This is a great group to be in so friendly

You might need to add BCAAs more water enhancers or mor protein. I had the seam problems and had to add all 3.

Are you on diabetes or blood pressure medication? If so do you take a “water” pill (diuretic)? I am a coach at an endocrinologist office. When a dieter with blood pressure meds or diabetes meds start experiencing dizziness we have to adjust their medications and that solves the problem. You need to consult with your coach or your primary care Dr if you do. Your dr or the clinic dr are the only ones who can make those changes.
