I lost another 10 pound during phase 2 3 & 4.

If you are faithful to the rules, yes, you should. At least in Phase 2.

There are only 3 phases to Ideal Protein. Weight loss is for phase 1. You may lose initially in phase 2 until you and your coach work out your macros.

There are now only three phases, weight loss, stabilization and maintenance. If the stabilization and maintenance is done correctly you are not supposed to lose weight.

Following as I am interested in the answers. I’ve never done phase 2 before as this is my first time, but I figured there would be weight loss in phase 2 because there’s still a significant calorie deficit

Yes - I’m at the end of week 1 of stabilization and still losing. (Lost 1. 2 lbs during first stabilization week)
