Overnights used to be a carb frenzy! So I suggest lots of water, maybe a nice salad with added protein and veggies, a bar and/or crisps and whatever veggie you prefer ( personally I don’t like celery, pickles or radishes which my husband lives on- I like jicama sticks sprinkled with stevia/cinnamon)

When I pick up over night I just shift the time of when I eat to start around the time my shift starts. N I get back on track the next day.

Pack veggie snacks. Something i do, get a medium coffee and split it. Add half a premade shake and you have flavored coffee and it lasts 2 drinks. Make sure you have your protein dinner either right before shift or in the middle (i would do before if possible) so it helps keep you full. 12 hr shift is most of your day so you just have to adjust your eating and MEAL prep so you can pack your food (including IP food)
