Does anyone do a fourth packet and still lose weight? I’m asking because I started walking 5-6 miles a day plus regular daily steps and wondering if I should eat an extra packet because my weight loss has slowed down some. I’m wondering if the extra packet would help but the thing is I have not been hungry at all

Yes, eat an extra unrestricted within 30 minutes after your walk.

It's less about hunger. When you get more than gentle exercise with so few calories in our diet, your body will use lean muscle mass for the energy it needs.

Choose a juice that 20p and 1c. Shouldnt affect your weight loss. However do remember that adding the exercise and protein will add muscle which weights more that fat. So the scale may not move as much as you are used to. This is where measurements are key as the inch will fall off.

Yes! Days I workout I eat/drink extra packet and sometimes extra BCAA.

Yes eat an extra packet if your are exercising that much. Also make sure you are drinking amino chain. Ask your coach about it.

My coach suggested a 4th packet for me as I was working out/exercising and my weightloss had slowed. It worked for me!

Yes I have had 4 sometimes 5. When your body doesn’t get enough calories it thinks it’s starving then it holds on to whatever it can.
