Looking for input.  I followed IP for about 18 months a few years ago.Looking for input. I followed IP for about 18 months a few years ago. Lost 122 pounds ( in total). both my coaches retired/quit their job. I floundered for a few months, then eventually went off the program completely. I live in a rural area with no other IP outlets to switch to. unfortunately I’ve gained it all back save 20 pounds. I’m ready to re-start. has anyone worked the program without a coach? Thanks.

There are coaches who will mail you the products and do virtual support when need be- I do with @damselfish and she is great
