Anyone have trouble with nausea on this program? I’ve been on it for 8 weeks and get so nauseous everyday. (And yes I take my supplements after I eat)

Try a few days using only packets that don't have soy. Someone here has a list. I don't have it anymore.

@draught I have a chocolate mix drink every morning and it doesn’t contain soy and I still get sick

I moved my vitamins from breakfast to lunch and that helped me

@delisle38 not associated with my vitamins at all. I’ll get nauseous even after breakfast before I take my vitamins

I found the potassium was making me nauseous and stopped taking it and it went away. I just add a bit more Himalayan rock salt into my food. Maybe get ur potassium levels checked
by (570 points)
@owensby668 I thought that too but it happens before I even take the potassium
