I know I saw somewhere some tips for the oatmeal. I love yo eat this with the chayote but does anyone have suggestions on making it better? Do you add more water? Appreciate suggestions

This is one: I have not used peanut butter:Oatmeal (Apple or Maple) – Oatmeal Cookies Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Great for Phases 1 – 4 Easy to prepare Ingredients: 1 packet Ideal Protein oatmeal (Apple or Maple) 1/4 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. n Splenda or Stevia 1 pinch of cinnamon, to taste 1 tsp. baking powder 1 egg white 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tbsp. Walden Farms Peanut Butter Spread Just enough water for cookie dough texture Directions: Step 1. Combine dry ingredients. Step 2. Add the rest of the ingredients to reach a cookie dough texture. Step 3. Spray cookie sheet lightly with non stick spray. Step 4. Place cookies on sheet. Step 5. Bake at 325°F for 6-9 minutes or until desired degree of moisture.

Accidentally I added one egg thinking it was another packet , and then I make them into pancakes . They were delicious .

Make overnight oatmeal we use rhubarb compote instead of chayotes squash. I use my 1 oz milk to pour over. Really good

There is a recipe in Janeva‘s recipe book, page 40, for cinnamon maple oat crumble. It’s quick and easy. I have used it as a snack and have also added it to a salad as a topping. Very tasty.
