Is the @zeiler83529 cook book strictly recipes using IP products for phase 1, or are there recipes that do not include IP products?

Janeva's Ideal Protein cookbook recipes use IP packets in 175 of 318 total recipes, mainly in the Beverages/Smoothies, Desserts, Pancakes/Waffles and Breads/Muffins categories. The majority of remaining recipes that do not need IP packets (about 85% of the following) include the categories Beef/Pork, Eggs/Fish/Seafood, Poultry, Dressings/Seasonings/Sauces/Condiments, Salad/Soups/Stews, Snacks/Miscellaneous and Veggies sections. There are several members that still use the non-IP packet recipes from the cookbook in maintenance and for a lifetime. Recipe content of 318 total: 23 Beef/Pork; 31 Smoothie; 66 Bread, Muffins & Wraps; 38 Desserts, Cookies & Cakes; 23 Dressings, Sauces, Seasonings & Condiments; 22 Eggs, Fish & Seafood; 21 Pancakes, Waffles & French Toast; 22 Poultry; 24 Salads, Soups & Stews; 16 Miscellaneous; 32 Veggie.

Lots of recipes that don’t use packets.

The recipes that use packets are mostly the baked goods and the beverages. The salad and proteins based recipes are all from your own supplies and ingredients

Most do use WF though, so be mindful of thay

WF is used for flavoring and moisture, mostly in the baked goods section. Water may be subbed but will affect the texture.
