@libau the only protocol pork is pork tenderloin and lean ham. Other cuts are too fatty. Have your butcher grind up a pork tenderloin for you, then brown w Janeva’s sausage seasoning. Yum!

Janeva has soup recipe's that call for ground pork. Such as the zuppa toscano.

Sausage is not part of protocol unless you make them yourself with the allowed food on the sheet
