Has anyone has like muscle pain/weakness while on phase 1? I’m not sure if it’s from this or something else. I haven’t been working out.

I get cramps in my calves a lot, that seems to be the extent of it however. Even though I drink 165-170oz of water each day and take my vitamins. doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't work out at all either.

This was happening to me n I started adding the water enhancers n salt to my shake. It went away

Magnesium helps leg and foot cramps. Also give a massage and stretches before bed

You probably need more electrolytes as you may be peeing them out with so much water

I have been drinking tons of water. But I haven’t been taking the supplements-going to start.

You are low on magnesium, so a supplement will help.

I used to have it all the time. My clinic put me on an addition vitamin. I also started to notice it was worse the more red meat I eat. With taking the vitamin and eating other meats mine totally went away.
