Week one I lost almost 10 lb. Week 2 and 3 I've only lost 1 and 1/2 total. Did anyone else experience this? If so is it just a small hurdle and then you'll see more loss? Trying not to be discouraged.
Week one I lost almost 10 lb.

My coach says factors for women cant be controlled: hormones, period, stress factors, body composition. Our body loses when and where it wants too. Stay the course and it levels out. Some weeks good, some ok but weekly is a progress report, monthly is a report card. Look at how clothes fit, other measure: body fat, BMI, inches lost Nsv: less pain, med decrease, sleep well etc. It all adds up.

And sometimes you lose inches and not pounds. Keep up the good work! I had a 10 lb loss in my first week, then it slowed right down.

I slow down when I don’t exercise. I walk about 3-4 days a week and now lose about 1-2-3 lbs a week. This week I only lost 1 but I didn’t gain so it’s a good thing.

I've been walking 5 miles a day. It's something I've done for the last 5 years. I joined this program really because I have been starving myself and seeing no loss. The first week I couldn't believe how much I lost when I was eating more now I'm just seeing the same number everyday for the last 9 days

1-3 pounds is normal. The first eeek is almost always the biggest loss because of water weight

I would say don’t worry ! I was told that we have fat cells . With time , these fat cells get filled with water and they secrete fat . And one day that water just flushed out completely. So perhaps what’s what is happening and you will see a big drop .
