The average loss IS 2-3 per week. Those large numbers are usually people posting in after their first week of water weight losses and people with a very large amount of weight to lose. The thousands losing the average 2-3 pounds aren’t posting about those every week. are you?

Not everyone gets a big first week push. It depends on many factors each personal to an individual. You are on target with the normal everyday losses. Are you measuring for inches lostL you should know those numbers too as they are more important than pounds lost.

I only lost a large amount the first week and then it is usually between 2 and 3 for the most part. But it adds up and I keep chipping away at it and now I am at 75 lbs in almost 6 months! Keep at it - It works!

A few times I’ve only lost 1 pound but it’s better than a gain! You got this, slow and steady wins the race!

I’m losing 1. 5 to 2. I thought the same thing but have come to accept this as just fine! I’m headed in the right direction!

I am happy with a pound a week. I have come to realize that it's not a race, it's a mew way of living. SO beside, the cost which is a lot, I just take it slow and steady. My time will come.

I just did my 3rd weigh in yesterday and I'm down a total of 13 pounds, only lost 3 pounds last week, but it's still going down, I also lost 9. 5 inches overall. So it's not always what the scale says.

I was getting frustrated also because I only lose 1#-2# per week. I’ve been on it for 5 months and lost 40#. Now I’m so used to eating like this it’s normal. I’m halfway there but I’ll have to eat like this the rest of my life to keep the weight off. Plus all my lab values have improved drastically so it has to be a way of life. Patience.
