Anyone else struggling right now? I can get the IP food but haven’t been able to weigh in or talk to my coach for weeks due to COVID. I start out my morning with determination but my afternoons and nights have been hard staying on track. I am stuck at home and feel cooped up and feeling down so i want to eat  Trying really hard to stay on track.

@terpsichore23 I am so sorry to hear this Lori. we all need that support. I actually live in OR but my coach is located in WA and we speak every week over the phone and I send in my numbers. I would definitely speak up. Maybe this is not the right coach for you? Is there someone else around your area?  stay strong!

You just explained my entire month. I'm good all morning and lunch, but by the evening, I'm in the cabinets looking for junk. I'll be so glad when we get back to a normal routine.

I havent been able to either and find the evenings the hardest. I do work from home 7-330. So as soon as I clock out. I go outside and find stuff to do until about 630-730 . Like this evening I pressure washed half my house and weedeated some of the yard . I just have to stay busy until it is time to eat dinner. It seems to help me anyways. Oh and I will not buy anything that will tempt me to cheat. The man knows if he wants to eat ice cream and sweets, he better do that at work or before he gets home.

I am fortunate that my clinic offers phone appointments. I am also getting IP scale and will start weighing on it next week. I am also struggling but this will keep me accountable. I am very impressed how my clinic handled this crisis.

I stopped my program in December and since then till last Friday, I gained back 12 lbs. I tried all the best I can to stay fit not until the pandemic locked us all down and I cannot get my IP Food Supplements. I still tried my best to stay on the 4 cups of select vegies every day and lots of water. I could have gained more but going back to my WHY?, kept me refocused. What I did not follow up doing is to do light exercises. Last Friday, I reviseted my self and I told to myself, I am not going back anymore to where I was when I started the IP Program. it is really hard going back but small steps to do again. patience and perseverance. Aloha!

My clinic was selling the scale so we have that now. On the morning of our weekly zoom meetings, we right ourselves while connected to the app so she can see all our results and we discuss on zoom later that day. I'd say it doesn't hurt to ask

Did you have email, texting, etc with your coach previously? Call or message your clinic or your coach- let them know you are struggling. Many have been laid off, but someone should be available to help you there. In the meantime, make a plan for the time you know you have been struggling. Write it down. Have a list you will work through. Drink some water, have some unlimited raw fresh veggies ready, get outside, take a walk, clean a closet. but have a written list & then have it in front of you. It also helps to write down your “whys”. Why do you want to lose the extra weight, write down many reasons or how you want to feel once you’ve accomplished your goal.

Remember your why. Make notes for yourself to see around the house. I have also struggled and had to get back on track. My why is my biggest motivator, and also believing that you are worth it. Have you felt terrible when going off track? That motivates me too because I get terrible stomach aches after eating junk. I’ve realized I’d rather stick to the sheet and feel good. Cyber hugs and good luck! You can do this!

It is hard mentally to be stuck inside but I have found that determination to not gain weight during this time and coming out of this better then I was going in is going to feel AMAZING! YOU GOT THIS! Don't give up!

Make a plan! You want this or you wouldn’t be posting this. I do my main meal for lunch and then I have made my evenings as simple as the mornings- like you said with determination! I do a chocolate shake with ice and spinach and then make kale  chips for a snack and they are yummy! It’s mind over matter. So hard at first until you just surrender and decide to be your own hero and get yourself OUT! Totally hear you though. YOU’VE GOT THIS!

I get what you are saying. Here's an idea - since you said the evenings are when you struggle the most, save your favorite snack for then. Make a nice cup of hot tea and enjoy your snack. My favorite is to take the vanilla crispy square, turn it upside down on a saucer, sprinkle with cinnamon, and microwave for 16 seconds, and enjoy! I call it our cinnamon roll. Stay focused and make a plan. Get rid of all your trigger foods so you're not tempted.

You know what to do. Eat your protein, two cups of veggies, Drink water and take your meds. Buy some low cal and sugar snacks. Stay off of the bad stuff that in the sheet. You can limp along until this ends. Don’t just give up.
