Can someone recommend to me a frozen riced cauliflower I can buy at the supermarket? I’m not good at making it from scratch and I know some riced cauliflower are not considered good because of the ingredients in it. Please help.

Just look to make sure that it is only cauliflower in the ingredients. There are organic options at some stores.

I just buy the Green Giant brand in the frozen food section. Just make sure it is cauliflower only, with nothing added to it.

The fresh riced cauliflower at Trader Joe’s is fat superior to the frozen. No ice pellets and so much less wet. I love it with a little soy sauce, cilantro, green onions and after it toast up nicely in some olive oil fry some eggs and go crazy and add some Salsa.

My favorite is 365 brand from Whole Foods.  I’m pretty picky about my cauliflower rice. It’s organic too!
