You can use the Krispy cereal to make a bread. i like it better than the potato purée (people use that to make rolls). You can use an egg white instead of a whole egg. I also add some onion powder and other savory spices.

I made bread using the omelet and potato purée mix The recipe is in Janeva’s book It was actually pretty tasty sliced in half then toasted

I’ve made bread with the potato purée, apple oatmeal and crispy cereal. The crispy cereal you can make into a sweet bread or a savoury bread. It definitely has the best consistency in my opinion.

I use the potato purée and make waffle buns. So good and like your having real bread of 31 of cookbook

@joan - it’s in Janevas cookbook but you basically mix it with water and spices, spread out on a parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake. They’re the perfect addition to eat with a salad
