It's probably not really the best thing to do. but it's the only way i can remember to get them all in. :/ i figure. in me they can do some good even if they aren't in at the "right" times. but if i don't take them at all. they do me no good.

@pageantry the question was whether they can be taken all at once. Website says no. “Clients can take these in any particular order (except all at once). ”

You need to split the calcium but you can take the rest any time.

I work night shift at the hospital so I have to take them this way otherwise I will forget. It works for me and I’ve lost 60lbs doing it

I did just because I would forget later and didn't have any problems
