Anything that is not a packet, veggie or meat must be 0/0/0 (0 fat/0 carbs/0 sugars) A few calories are fine. There will never be many with all those zeros!

Anything other than what is listed on the sheet (veggies, proteins and IP products) is a no. anything additional needs to be 0/0/0 (calories, fat, carbs). If you are on the plan for diabetics, I am not sure what is allowed or is not for cheese.

i started in the alternative plan which allows bread, fruit, and cheese. But i switched over to regular phase 1.

if you switched over to the regular phase 1, cheese is definitely not allowed.

not sure why you addressed me in all caps (yelling) - I’m well aware that cheese isn’t allowed

I was hoping since it was vegan and did not contain milk that it may be ok. ☹️. Oh well. next year when i get to the other phases, maybe i can get some cheese

Has calories, carbs and fat. People think vegan or gluten free means healthy or ok. It’s not. Gluten free is for people with celiac disease. Vegan is for people like my grandson who is allergic to milk and eggs.
