So.  Phase 1 Advice Started running after a year off.So. Phase 1 Advice Started running after a year off. 2. 5 miles slow pace. Want to do 3x a week. Those of you who exercise, how do you fuel while on protocol?

I use the branch chain amino acids and add an extra packet in run days

I use the BCAA’s too. I do intermittent fasting while on IP and my workouts are so much easier. I’m about to go on a 30+ mile bike ride now . I packed a bar, a shake and a bag of veggies for the ride .

The IP BCAA’s are a must on workout days. Also, if you sweat a lot, make sure to have some extra salt. Pickles are a good option because they are salty and will satiate you. You might also need an extra IP on those days (I sometimes have 5 on hard workout days). Take it easy at first to avoid cramping.

I walk about 3 miles every morning for 5-6 miles/day. I add an egg to breakfast. May try the BCAAs
