I shop for a family of six so my Costco list is absolutely crazy. 95% of what I buy is for them or the household. I buy the riced cauliflower it comes in individual packets ready to cook, cucumbers, mini bell peppers, spinach. I also like the individually packaged cod. I stay away from the rotisserie chicken because the ones I have found contain sugar.

Bags of Superfood salad mix; use it for salads, stir fry, omelet filling (throw away the dressing, etc)

All coaches SHOULD be on the same page! I don't understand that each coach can say whatever they want, then it's posted here and confuses people.

I like the 1 lb chubs of 91% lean ground beef found in the freezer section (5 lb pkg). I don’t know if they are lean enough to be protocol, but I always brown them for a dish, add water twice, boiling and draining it, so I think it doesn’t have much fat in the end. Anyone know what is considered extra lean ground beef (percentage wise) by the program?

Frozen cauliflower rice, the base for lots of meals. A mixed kale salad (discard the dressing and nuts). it can be used as a salad, in soups and in stir fry.

I ate the rotisserie chicken a few times a week and lost 65 pounds in 7 months. Never had a single week where I gained weight. I never ate the skin or any meat besides the breast. I have maintained 45 of the 65 pound loss for 3 years now.
