Broccoli Cheese Soup aside from the shakes.
by (1.9k points)
@impish do you eat it alone or mix it in a recipe?
by (2.2k points)
I use it in recipes and eat it alone with vegetables mixed in.
by (2k points)
@impish how do you eat the Broccoli Cheese Soup? I don’t like it plain
by (2.2k points)
@makepeace46 I add steamed broccoli to it.

I really like the Apple oatmeal and the waifers
by (1.9k points)
@kiddy2760 I haven’t tried the apple oatmeal maybe I’ll get that this week. Any tips to making it extra delicious?
by (7k points)
@zebapda I put cinnamon in mine. So good.
by (7k points)
Also these are so good.
by (5.1k points)
Well it’s not on protocol, but I add about 2 table spoons of this salad topper to it and it’s wonderful. I also add 2-3 drops of vanilla cream sweet drops. When I’m following protocol I still do this and it has not interfered with my weight-loss but everyone’s body is different.

@jasen89 I can only get these by the box at my clinic, so I’ve hesitated because I don’t want a whole box of something I may not like. I love the chocolate puffs. how do they compare?
by (4.3k points)
@femineity There is no coating except a cinnamon sweet dusting. To me, they taste like cinnamon toast crunch cereal, dry of course. And while I like the choco soy puffs, the actual puff is dry imho, but these aren’t.
by (4.3k points)
And. there are more puffs in a bag vs the choco puffs! Bonus!
by (4k points)
@jasen89 I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch! I’ll add it to my order this week. thank you!
by (4.3k points)
@femineity Hope you love them! There’s enough in the packet, somedays I split it up for PM and evening snacking.
by (4k points)
@jasen89 thanks. that helps my decision too! I have been having the chocolate ones as a snack at about 3pm, when I get a craving. It would be nice to split it up.

The ready made chocolate and cappuccino drinks and the mango and peach and orange drinks with spinach in my vitamix. One thing I learned from my coach was to keep to the lower carb/higher protein options even though it’s totally fine and on protocol to have the higher carb ones. Her advice was in line with my goal to lose as quickly and healthily as possible.
by (2k points)
@makalu34365 depends on the person- some people lose better with a restricted a day.
by (3.5k points)
@makalu34365 hi - I just started 2 weeks ago and have been trying an array of foods. Which ones are the lower carb/higher protein options ? I need to make a sheet with the products nutritional values for easy reference
by (5.7k points)
@pageantry the drinks I mentioned all have 1-3 net carbs and all but one has 20g of protein (orange drink has 18g).
by (5.7k points)
@kibe389 absolutely. We’re all different. This works well for me because I have a lot of weight to lose. If I was one of those people who just needed to lose 20-30#, I’d probably would not mind so much what I ate within protocol. That was just her advice to me. Eating one restricted and 2 higher net carb options is also A-ok. The diet is designed to not put us over wrt to carbs. Hope your diet is going well

Ladies, I accidentally used the pumpkin spice latte bag to make pancakes and it tasted so good. I think I like it better than the chocolate chip pancake. It is very tasty and fluffy. Trie it!
