I was watching one of the videos and I don't think my coach informed me if everything. How many ounces of protein per day is needed? And carbs? I eat the sheet I don't cheat, but the recipes in the book split it up in 8oz rather than what we should have and I believe it is 6 oz a day. Plus I don't get the restricted and unrestricted. Plus I was never told about sweeteners at all.
