I am making two finger food alternatives to enjoy. Baked chicken tenderloins and two dipping sauces: WF Ranch with Franks hot sauce and "honey" mustard (mustard and WF pancake syrup) Spicy Meatballs simmered in a glaze of cranberry WF fruit spread, sf bbq sauce and a touch of chipotle tobasco

@nambypamby Sorry - I don't really follow recipes often; just make it as I go. You can get chicken tenders in the store and just bake in the over or even cook in a pan stove-top. Add some hot Sauce to the WF Ranch or Chipotle Ranch to taste. I also mix some spicy mustard with a bit of WF pancake syrup for a honey mustard dip. The meatballs will just be ground beef with some finely chopped green onions, form into balls and brown in the pan until cooked. I mix a little sugar free G. hughes bbq with a tablespoon or so of WF fruit spread (or can use WF blueberry or strawberry syrup), and a tad of Chipotle Tobasco. Then add to the meatball pan to melt and glaze. Turn off the heat so you don't burn it while melting.
