If you want to stay on protocol drink Powerade zero, or water with electrolytes, and soda water (plain nothing added) if you want something bubbly to sip. Make sure to take your supplements. I'd suggest sipping the broth type up soups (chicken? ). I've made the crackers in janevas cookbook out of the tomatoes basil soup and they are good. There's alot of recipes using the potato puree to make something similar to bread. But I agree with everyone else your health is first and if you need to go off protocol to get better then it's a small setback and you can just get back on when you're better.
