Phase one has not changed very much, here are the changes; 1. 4-6 oz of protein rather than 8 2. Cucumbers are no longer unlimited 3. Jicama and spaghetti squash are now occasional veggies 4. A restricted packet is no longer mandatory 5. More types. of oils are allowed. but still only 2 teaspoons per day. That's it, the big changes are in the stabilization and maintenance stages and are great by the way

My clinic does not even seem to be aware there is a new plan, no one even mentioned it to me. I need a new place to do IP.

Honestly every clinic should have all the new information regarding the minor changes to Phase I. The biggest change for dieters will be the phasing off. We are now 3 phases, not 4. They could easily print out the pages and share with you. New folders for the phases are available as well. I’ll share we can now have spaghetti squash! It’s on the limited list. Love

All clinics were part of the rebranding and, by now, all clients that are seeing a coach should have the appropriate protocol changes. If you are on maintenance and have let a couple weigh ins slide, call the office and get up to date.

One of my biggest mistakes was taking a break from the plan during Christmas time, I am having the hardest time getting back to the full commitment, and that break was Christmas over a year ago.
