Food allergies can happen with any food I’ve had food sensitivities and allergies for years. Trying to figure out what you reacted to can be problematic without seeing an allergist

Usually it’s a soy sensitivity, look for the ones or ask your coach, that don’t have soy.

Did you try probiotics, gas ex or Benadryl? Before quitting I would definitely do this. Good luck!
