tramel during our orientation and coaching sessions, we have been taught how the food industry works against our success. If their product is 0, 0, 0 PER SERVING, it can be labelled 0, 0, 0. The problem is most people don't understand the difference between serving size and whole package. So while the label says 0 per serving, the total package/bottle/jar etc. can, and most frequently does, have "hidden carbs" when people ingest more than the actual serving size.
