No. You are allowed up to 5 servings of extras a day abc that includes WF.

@peculate Also beware, WF makes some products that are not compliant. They are labeled differently and are low sugar not no sugar. Just make sure you are sticking with the original no sugar, no carb line from WF.

We are allowed 4 "hidden carbs" a day. Each serving is based on the label of the product. Some say 2 tbsps. I think the WF maple syrup says 1/4 cup is a serving. Each one of those servings count toward a hidden carb.

@leverrier ‘hidden carbs’?

@tramel during our orientation and coaching sessions, we have been taught how the food industry works against our success. If their product is 0, 0, 0 PER SERVING, it can be labelled 0, 0, 0. The problem is most people don't understand the difference between serving size and whole package. So while the label says 0 per serving, the total package/bottle/jar etc. can, and most frequently does, have "hidden carbs" when people ingest more than the actual serving size.

None of WF is unlimited. Each serving is an extra. You are allowed up to five extras a day. Which includes sweetener etc too. Many stall if they have more than 3 a day.
