Anyone do this diet that isn’t a cooker? I hate cooking and I’m horrible at it. How do you manage ? I travel for my job so I’m on the road 5 days a week living out of my car the shakes and bars are great. I wish I could just eat it for all meals and just eat meat for dinner

I only use the pre-made drink, bars n puffs, then eat my protein 1/2 lunch in a salad n 1/2 dinner with the rest of my veggies

@deerhound3 yes you have to have three and depends on the day, I do have a drink EVERY morning tho, as I just grab on the way out the door n drink it on my way to work. normally a bar or puffs for lunch and then either a shaker drink or puffs before bed

@flightless42657 you would do both a shake and drink for lunch but a bar is okay. Not all bars are restricted but you get one restricted a day. Just get a drive through salad to add to lunch  and you should be good. Dinner meat and veggies.

Pre-packaged chopped up peppers and cucumber from the grocery store are pretty much all I use. That and fresh spinach.

Do you have the cookbook. I take a day or two to meal prep recipes that are in the book and portion them in containers and take them with me. The recipes are easy to follow. I am not a great cook and everything turns out delish.

Not a cooker either. Hate it. Hate meal prepping. Hate kitchen really lol. I use IP for all meals and snacks except dinner, I force myself to fry 2 eggs in olive oil and cook 4 oz of chicken with pepper and garlic salt takes 3 minutes maybe for all. Then buy those bags of broccoli you can just put in microwave for 5 minutes and have that almost every night lol. ❤️

I lost 70lbs on this diet and I travel for work all the time. The hardest thing for me was learning to stay out of the hotel bar! Seriously tho. if you’re staying in a hotel. Hit up the grocery store. Steam able veggie bags. Panera bread is also a lifesaver. Download their app. You can customize salads. They will even deliver in most cities. Hit up amazon and get the Walden farms dressing in the travel packs and keep a few in your purse. Good luck!
