I do not feel hungry on the IP diet. When I went for my first weigh in I had no idea how much I had lost, if any? Well, I had done great loosing pounds and inches. I was surprised and happy. I had to buy 3 boxes of IP food. On suggestions I got here I picked lemon wafers (I love them! ), puffs (haven’t had them yet), my coach suggested the chili and I got pancake mix. Thanks for the guidance and advice
