Ask your coach about collagen. my clinic sells it. It will help your hair, nails and skin dramatically while you’re on this diet!

I had the same issue and got frustrated and stopped the diet

@carhart I don’t want to do that.

@carhart yes for me that happened. It comes back Fuller than before. It's just part of it for some people not all. The 30 lbs I lost was worth it though.

@klingel I’ve lost 60 pounds. I just got more daily vitamins and biotin to take

@carhart when you lose weight you release estrogen in the belly fat which can cause the hair loss. It will come back. Biotin is good.

Yes! It can because it thins out our blood, but the good news is, just eat Cooked spinach, brocolli or cauliflower everday which contains vitamin K and will bring your blood to normal thickness and your hair will be fine! ♥️ Yes it only works with the cooked vegetables because vitamin K can only be released when cooked. Also stop taking as much of the Omegas as well, as it thins the blood too, therefore thinning your hair. Try the cooked veggies for 3 days and you will see the stopping of hair loss! I know because the same thing happens to me.

I havent had it too bad- i take prenatals instead of the ip multivit. My kid is 2. They have extra biotin and folic acid. The generic fir vitapearls. but needs a rx
by (1.5k points)
@autotruck I can get prenatal without RX
by (2.4k points)
@honegger yes but this is a particularly absorbable type w omegas and a few other things. For some reason the company requires a rx. But im sure u could find another type of prenatal that would have the extra stuff you want.

Yes! It’s so frustrating. My coach told me that hair loss is a side effect of hormones, which are stored in fat cells, being released. I also have found myself very moody. Looking forward to phase 2.
