I'm curious if we use the rotini at dinner. Do we forgo a packet at breakfast or lunch? Cuz in a sense we're replacing it with the rotini at dinner.

Basically, because it is used as one of your 3 allowed packets. So if you use it you have two left to use throughout the day.

The program calls for 3 packs a day and rotini is considered one of those 3. Some coaches will say if you get super hungry and can't handle it occasionly it's OK to have an extra packet but protocol is 3 per day.

@duodecimal5 is correct. Count as 1 of your 3 packs

If you have your 3 packets and do not want to ‘cook’ dinner you can replace your 4-6oz of lean protein with 2 packets of IP. I got clarification from IP on this and there is no limit to how long you can do this. I do it quite regular as I don’t like to cook.

@pegg628 your welcome! One on my main meals is the chicken patty, potato purée and veggies. Feels like I’m cheating but it’s protocol so all good
