I was a bit worried about rotisserie chicken. It is very fatty and delicious. But you all are eating it with no remorse.

I'm confused. I just put 6 oz Costco rotisserie chicken in and this is the result. Is this a bad ratio?

Chop some up and use WF mayo, celery, green onion etc to make chicken salad. I portion it out and freeze it for later use. I’ve shredded it and tossed it in the pan with buffalo/hot sauce etc . Have the breast with steamed or roasted veggies. Add it to the IP chicken noodle soup OR make your own chicken soup adding it to broth etc. Lots of options!

Put it in a pan with veggies and taco seasoning. Put it on jicama tortillas for a delicious taco!

@musician Where do you get jicama tortillas?
by (5k points)
@manas96 I get them at H. E. B. In Texas.

@manas96 if you can’t find jicama tortillas, you can make a lettuce wrap.

Sautéed shredded chicken with some minced garlic, salt and pepper and a tiny bit of butter. Stuff peppers and bake about 20ish minutes. Serve with cauliflower rice.

I make riced cauliflower, add IP mushroom soup, sautéed mushrooms and spinach then add rotisserie chicken!
