Does anyone else feel like the fine herb and cheese omelette is very filling? I make it with fresh spinach and struggle to finish it. Any down side of not finishing an ideal protein meal?

Hello @cheesecloth do you find you need to add an egg? Is it the consistency or flavour?

@blindage I add one egg and one egg white for better flavor and fluffiness. I’ve tried it without and can taste the difference. It is very filling. Especially if you are adding your two cups of veggies.

It is ! I like that I can sometimes make two meals out of an omelette , esp if you add veggies  - I love to put buffalo sauce / hot sauce on it too

If you add an egg, does that count as two proteins, I. e. 2 servings?

I find exactly the opposite,

You need every bite of the required foods. The protein is protecting you from losing lean muscle. If something is too filling, then use lighter packets.

It's huge but you have to eat it all. You need the protein.

Why not just eat a egg ?
