Yes the tillamook one from costco is good, it has no sugar. I don’t know what a coach would say but i have it from time to time in a pinch

My husband used to buy these beef sticks at costco that had none .

Because it is dried we cannot know how much meat it was raw unless you make your own.

Tillamook is making a sugar free one. Saw it at Costco but didn’t look at the ingredients.

Biltong jerky usually doesn’t have anything added into it
