Do any of you lift weights and have had success? What kind of lifting do you do? Or conversely has anyone done exercise and stalled?

I started working out almost everyday because I just felt better but it made me stall in weight loss. I also started to gain at one point

@ziagos just doing a 1/2 jog, some floor work (core exercises)

I do a mix of workouts. kickboxing, HIIT spin classes, strength classes (light weigh/high rep) . I lose slower than most (1-1. 5 pounds per week on average but some weeks a bit more . my body fat has decreased drastically) but I don’t mind. I feel great and I’m gaining muscle . I take BCAA’s daily and my coach is well aware of my workout routine. I’m told to drink an extra shake if I need it

I take a strength class, moderate weight 2x per week and Zumba 2x per week. I might throw in an extra Barre or Zumba class. I lose an average of 1. 5-2 pounds per week
