I do a mix of workouts. kickboxing, HIIT spin classes, strength classes (light weigh/high rep) . I lose slower than most (1-1. 5 pounds per week on average but some weeks a bit more . my body fat has decreased drastically) but I don’t mind. I feel great and I’m gaining muscle . I take BCAA’s daily and my coach is well aware of my workout routine. I’m told to drink an extra shake if I need it
