Yes just not bone broths

@ventricle The cauliflower pepper soup calls for chicken broth that’s bone broth so we are allowed bone broth as well

@heywood Chicken broth is not the same as bone broth, and bone broth is specifically excluded from phase 1.

Yes you are allowed low sodium chicken or beef broth Even the Cauliflower pepper soup calls for 4 cups of chicken broth so we are allowed to bone broth as well
