It's better not too. might give your body the wrong signal. I was not losing weight because I was chewing gum. drink lots of water and the unlimited veggies

If you chew gum they recommend spry gun or trident cinnamon. Other sugar free guns are a no because they contain artificial sweeteners that are not protocol. Also, one piece of gum counts as one “extra”.
